Construction of the hotel is underway! The crews are currently completing Phase 1`s Crawl Space walls and will be finishing the perimeter pilling as well as the crane base shortly. NCB Construction`s aim is to start with the excavation on Phase 2, as well as the 1st level slab of Phase 1, in the coming two weeks.
